My target hardware RAID5 PCIE controller

AMCC 3Ware 9650SE-4LPML
4 port SATA2, PCIE, hardware raid5, support debian etch, good performance
BTW, USD395.00 @_@||

~USD400 (RAID controller) + ~USD80 (320GB HD) x 3 => ~USD640
=> ~HKD5000... seems too expensive Orz...

any suggestion?
